A grand Andalusian villa among the pines, with La Concha as its backdrop
The project
Villa Gratitude stands on Marbella’s Golden Mile, on a generous plot ringed by century-old pines, with views of La Concha, the mountains and the Mediterranean. The house revives traditional Andalusian architecture, with white walls, arched porches and tiled roofs, and stretches out horizontally in front of a large pool and a terraced garden.
The build
Inside, a vast living room with several seating areas opens onto the porches and the garden, alongside a kitchen with an island, a bar and a dining room designed for entertaining large numbers of guests. The bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and large windows, look out over the pine woods and the coast.
The villa is just as geared towards family leisure: a heated indoor pool, gym, massage room, cinema, bowling alley, games room and sports court, as well as a covered outdoor lounge with a fireplace.
