An Andalusian villa in the Golf Valley of Nueva Andalucía
The project
Villa Pleyades 10 lies in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, at the heart of the Golf Valley and just minutes from Los Naranjos Golf Club. It is a classic Andalusian-style villa, with white façades, arched windows and tiled roofs, joining a single-storey wing to a two-storey volume around a central courtyard.
The plot is laid out around a large rectangular pool, framed by colonnaded porches and an outdoor dining area beneath a pergola, and enclosed by a lawned garden and hedges that give the whole house complete privacy.
The build
Inside, coffered ceilings and arched windows fill a large living room with light; with several seating areas and a fireplace, it opens straight onto the pool. The kitchen, with an island and breakfast bar, flows into the dining room, and a staircase of classic lines leads up to the bedrooms. The principal suite adds a dressing room, a marble bathroom with a freestanding bath and access to the terrace.
A floor given over to leisure brings together a bar area, a sitting room and a gym. From the upper terraces the view sweeps across the Golf Valley to La Concha, with international schools, sports clubs and shops only minutes away.
