New build
Contemporary architecture beside the beach at San Pedro
The project
Villa Los Ángeles 185 stands in Cortijo Blanco, the residential estate beside the beach at San Pedro Alcántara. It is a contemporary villa on a corner plot, with stepped white volumes, large expanses of glass and cantilevers that shade the terraces.
The build
On the ground floor, the living room, dining room and island kitchen open onto the covered terrace and a long pool that runs the full length of the façade. A floating staircase leads up to the bedrooms and the roof terrace, with a lounge, bar and hot tub for enjoying the sunsets.
The house is completed by a study, a games room with a billiard table and a gym with sauna, so that the villa can be enjoyed all year round.
