Studying the plot and its surroundings

Before talking square metres or materials, we visit the plot: orientation, gradient, views over the golf course or the sea, access and existing planting. In Sotogrande Alto, Sotogrande Costa or La Reserva every site has its own constraints, and understanding them from the outset avoids costly decisions later on.

With that information we agree the objectives, the priorities and a realistic schedule for your villa.

Design, regulations and licences

We work with the architects to adapt the design to San Roque’s planning regulations and to the by-laws of each estate. We handle the licence and approval applications so that work begins with everything in order and without unnecessary delays.
