At Muñoz Lanzas Construcción we have been dedicated to the construction of bespoke villas and houses on the Costa del Sol since 1993. We build new-build villas, detached houses and extensions to existing homes, mainly in Marbella and Estepona, where our offices are.

A villa or a house is enjoyed outside as much as inside: the plot, the pool, the terraces and the garden are part of the project from the very first sketch. That is why we care equally for the house and everything around it.

From the new-build villa to the extension of your house

New-build villas

Bespoke villas on your own plot, from the foundations to the handing over of the keys. We coordinate the project with the architecture practice and run the build with a single point of contact for the owner.

Contemporary or Mediterranean in inspiration, each villa responds to its plot and to the way its owner wants to live.

Detached and semi-detached houses

We build houses on urban plots and in private estates, detached or semi-detached, to the same technical standard as a large-format villa: a good building envelope, efficient building services and durable finishes.

Villa and house extensions

An additional storey, an enclosed porch, a guest house or a garage: we study the buildable area remaining on the plot and handle the licence so that the extension to your villa or house blends in with the existing building.

Full villa refurbishment

When a villa has become dated, we renovate it completely: layout, building services, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and façades. You can read about this service in detail on our page on refurbishment on the Costa del Sol.

Pools, gardens and outdoor areas

Swimming pools, terraces, porches, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and gardens. The outdoors is where a villa on the coast is lived in most, and we build it with materials that withstand sun, humidity and daily use.

    What is the difference between a villa and a house?
    On the Costa del Sol, a villa is generally a large detached home with a generous plot, a pool and a garden. A house is usually more compact and can be detached or semi-detached. We build both to the same exacting standard.
    Yes, provided the regulations allow it. First we check the buildable area left on the plot and the planning conditions; then we prepare the project with the architect, apply for the licence and carry out the extension, blending it with the existing building.
    Yes. Pools, terraces, pergolas and landscaping are part of our work, both in new-build villas and in existing homes.
