New build
A villa stepped down the hillside, facing La Concha
The project
Villa Brisas 2 sits on a sloping plot in Marbella, with views over the golf valley and La Concha. The house is arranged in a series of terraces, with white and grey volumes, cantilevers and large panes of glass.
The build
Each level has its own outdoor space: a covered terrace with lounges and a dining area, a main pool and a second infinity pool that is lit at night, as well as a roof terrace with a hot tub.
Inside, sandy tones and pale timber accompany the open-plan living room, the kitchen with its marble island and the dining room. The en-suite bedrooms open onto terraces with mountain views.
