New build
Contemporary architecture with La Concha as its backdrop
The project
Villa Brisas is a contemporary villa in Marbella, with La Concha and the mountains as its backdrop. Cantilevered white volumes, glass balustrades and large glazed panels give it a light, almost weightless presence, and at night the whole house glows.
The build
The ground floor is a single open-plan space: a kitchen with a marble island, a dining area and several living areas with bespoke timber joinery, all turned towards the terrace through sliding glass doors.
Outside, the covered terrace leads on to a terrace with sunken lounges and an outdoor fireplace, beside an infinity pool looking out to the mountains.
