A Mediterranean villa with terraces made for the sunset
The project
Villa Fortuna sits in a residential area of Marbella with views over the golf course, the sea and La Concha. It pairs Mediterranean architecture, with tiled roofs and whitewashed façades, with expansive glazing and contemporary volumes.
The build
The entrance, lined with olive trees and a stepping-stone path across the lawn, leads into an open-plan ground floor: the living room, dining room and kitchen all look out onto the covered terrace and the pool, which is lit at night beside a timber deck.
The upper terraces, each with its own outdoor lounge, are designed for watching the sun go down. The lower floor houses a sitting room with a bar, a glass-walled wine cellar and a cinema room with living walls, while every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
