New build
Contemporary design in Nueva Andalucía
The project
Villa Oak is in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, with open views over the golf course and the mountains. Its contemporary architecture sets white volumes against black vertical louvres that are lit up at night.
The build
The garden is arranged around a large pool with a timber sun deck, a sunken outdoor lounge with a fireplace and a summer kitchen with a dining area. Sun loungers beneath parasols and the lawn complete the leisure area.
The interior combines white with dark timber and black: living room, kitchen with a marble island, study, cinema room, gym and wine cellar. The bedrooms, each with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, look out onto the garden.
