New build
A Mediterranean villa beside the golf course
The project
Villa Tucan 14 sits beside a golf course in Marbella, with open views over the greens and the mountains. It is a single-storey Mediterranean villa with white walls, tiled roofs and a large, gently curving pool set among lawns and palm trees.
The build
The bright, pale-toned interiors are arranged around a living room with a double-sided fireplace that separates the sitting area from the dining room. The island kitchen, the en-suite bedrooms and the gym all look out onto the garden and the pool.
Outside, a pergola with a summer lounge, several sunbathing areas and a sports court make the plot a place to enjoy the sun all year round.
