New build
An Andalusian villa at the foot of La Concha
The project
Villa Yolanda is an Andalusian-style villa in Marbella, with La Concha dominating the view from the pool and the terraces. White façades, tiled roofs, balconies and wrought-iron grilles define its character.
The build
The garden, where a large ficus shades an outdoor lounge, surrounds the pool and a lit stone staircase leading down from the house. On the terrace, an outdoor dining area looks out to the mountains.
Inside, timber ceilings, fireplaces and black window frames sit alongside white interiors. The island kitchen opens onto the dining room, and a staircase with a wrought-iron balustrade leads to the bedrooms, all of them en suite.
