The terrain

When buying a plot it is important to keep in mind whether you are acquiring rural or urban land, since it is the urban land that meets all the necessary conditions for the construction of homes, buildings, commercial premises, etc. Unlike rural land which entails greater limitations with space and connections such as water, light or sanitation.

Architecture

This is where the magic begins. We get to work on the design of your home, with the advice of qualified professionals such as our team of architects, decorators, engineers, landscapers etc.

Building Permits and Licenses

After completing the design of the project and taking into account all its specifications, it must be sent to and validated by the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos (Official College of Architects) in the province to assess whether the project is viable. Once the viability has been granted, it must be submitted to the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) where the municipal architect must approve it, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations.

Once the file has been approved by the Town Hall and already having all the permits and licenses correctly processed and approved, we will be able to start the construction of the house.

Construction

So far, we have defined a budget, established a location, designed the project, and obtained the necessary licenses and permissions.

It is now time to start building, and for this, the project, measurements, characteristics and other requirements must be delivered to the team of technicians at Muñoz Lanzas Construcción for the preparation of a detailed budget of the entire construction.
